　　Relying on the resources advantage of chip process research&development, chip assembling and professional equipment maintenance brought by the affiliated companies invested by its shareholder, International Electronic Trading Co., Ltd., during the past 30 years, including Jinglai Group, Yangzhou Genesis Microelectronics Co., Ltd., Yangzhou Zhongxin-Jinglai Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shanghai Guoxin Integrated Circuit Design Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Guoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd., our Company specializes in the designing, R&D and manufacturing of 4-inch, 5-inch and 8-inch power semiconductor chips, as well as the analog and digital-analog IC chips, devotes to building a secured semiconductor manufacturing base with a complete industrial chain from wafer production, advanced packaging technology to the introduction of professional equipment maintenance. Our total investment will be USD 540 million, thereinto, as to the first-stage project, including a running epitaxial wafer production line with purification level of 10 and a discrete device assembling line, the total investment is USD 99.8 million and the registered capital is USD 29.8 million. Currently, 6-inch and 8-inch wafer production lines are under planning.
