The total investment is planned to be 540 million US dollars, including a total investment of 99.8 million US dollars in phase I and a registered capital of 29.8 million US dollars. An epitaxial wafer production line and a discrete device packaging production line with purification level of 10 have been built, and 6-inch and 8-inch chip production lines are under planning.
