On the morning of October 16, the epitaxial wafer factory of Guoxin semiconductor (Yizheng) Co., Ltd. was successfully completed and put into operation. Liu Chunhua, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of the Development Zone, Liu Changrong, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Development Zone, and heads of relevant departments of the Development Zone attended the activity. The total investment of Guoxin semiconductor epitaxial wafer factory is 86.3 million yuan. After it is officially put into operation, it will form a production capacity of 80000 epitaxial wafers per month. In recent years, with the settlement of a number of major projects such as Tencent cloud, telecom cloud, Zhongxing Beidou and mobile cloud, the big data and intelligent manufacturing industry in the development zone has accelerated its agglomeration and growth, and has increasingly become a new leading force for the transformation, upgrading and high-quality development of the park.
